I have worked at All Saints Pre-School for over 20 years, and gradually throughout this time I have completed various courses which has enhanced the teaching and running of the Pre-School. During the past years it has been a joy to be part of the community and getting to know many families and their children. I am also part of the Governors team at All Saints CofE Primary School dealing with attendance.

Mrs Wendy Cookson: Nursery Nurse/Pre-School SENDCo

    Level 5 Higher National Diploma

    SENDCo/Autism trained

I have worked at All Saints Pre-School since January 2008, and prior to this I have worked in children’s education for over 16 years. In 2013 I gained a Level 5 National Diploma, which has given me an insight into a child’s development and progression over the years. I have completed various training courses which has developed my knowledge and skills to enhance my role as SENDCo.

    Miss Annalicia Sansome: Nursery Nurse

    Degree in Early Years

    Behaviour Management Co-ordinator

    First Aid trained

I have worked in childcare for over 12 years, and joined All Saints Pre-School team in January 2008 with an NVQ3. In 2009 I went back to South Leicestershire College studying at night to gain my NVQ4 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. This inspired me to push myself further, leading me to complete a degree in Early Years. The knowledge I have gained from my various studies, has given me a better understanding into a child’s development and allows me to put the knowledge I have gained into practice. The Early Years are some of the most important years of a child’s life and development which I am proud to be part of at All Saints Pre-School.
